For us it was a conscious choice because with this device you get a bit of the magic of making coffee yourself (and having to make the effort), but you are also relieved a lot. We are happy with this device but would not immediately recommend this device to everyone. A beautiful device with which you can quickly prepare a delicious espresso, even if you have less time. In summary, it is a fine espresso machine that is easy to operate and that meets my expectations after 1 week of use. Frothing milk certainly takes more practice and the temperature is difficult to estimate. After some practice, even a beginner can make a delicious cappuccino or espresso. The machine is noisy and preheating your cup is a must. The drip tray could be slightly larger and fills up fairly quickly and the water reservoir is on the small side for daily use. The foaming creates a bit more mess in the beginning. The mailing and dosage can also be set manually so that you still get the "barista" feeling. Even during the week on a rushed working day, it is also possible to quickly brew fresh espresso. The automatic tamper and automatic grinding and dosing ensure that you quickly get a constant dose and it also creates less mess. It also applies to frothing the milk that practice makes perfect. This machine is easy to use and the operation speaks for itself. It takes time and practice before you understand how to make the perfect espresso, but that gives the real barista feeling. And it is certainly a nice addition to the kitchen worktop. An espresso machine where you can also make a nice cup of coffee with cheaper beans. Immediately upon opening the box, this device already has a solid and solid appearance. This is a lot less easy as with a fully automatic espresso machine. Note: it takes time and patience to learn how to prepare a tasty coffee with a piston machine. With the heavy stainless steel casing and the anti-slip legs, the coffee machine will stay firmly put on your counter while you're making coffee. This piston machine was made with sustainable components. Do you like a milk specialty? Change the espresso into a creamy cappuccino thanks to the powerful steam wand. The piston machine first wets the coffee, and then puts it under high pressure. That's very useful, because you won't accidentally spill grounds on your counter. After that, the tamper presses the ground coffee for you, so you always get an even and consistent result. You can choose from 25 grind settings for your coffee. So the espresso machine can prepare the right amount of ground coffee for 1 or 2 cups of espresso. That's because the built-in bean grinder with automatic tamper does the work for you. This makes it very easy to make a cup of coffee. The Sage Barista Express Impress Brushed Stainless Steel grinds and doses coffee, and then evenly presses it into the portafilter.
